Why we're moving up to Pampers Baby Dry Pants

I was so excited I was invited to the Mommy Meet Up event last Aug. 14th. It was an event in partnership between Pampers and Gymboree. Pampers has launched it's new Pampers Baby Dry Pants, as Gymboree was celebrating it's 40 years!
Lol look at the husband who's too excited!
I tagged along Maco and Joshua with me as I thought it would be great to bring my awesome family with me, because I know there would be a play area or something -there was! It was also a Sunday, so it would be great for some bonding moment right after!

Nice meeting you, Madz! :)
Our daughters doesn't want to let go of us! Lol
We also met Gymbo!
Andi Manzano-Reyes along with her little girl, Olivia Manzano-Reyes were introduced to us. Can I just say how cute Baby O was!

How adorable is this little girl!!! <3
We also had talks from the celebrity moms Andi Manzano-ReyesSay AlonzoTess Dumagdag, and Ichel Alignay. We've talked about motherhood, our little ones of course, and self-care. I was so happy I brought my husband with me that time because at least he would hear from the experts the importance of self-care. Well, it's not like he doesn't let me take care of myself or he doesn't take care of me, he does. But you know, at the end of the day, after all the running and stress, especially with me who doesn't have a yaya, a helping hand at night would be so great. Well you know, my husband now does some of the chores at night without me telling him to do it! Yay! I think bringing him to these kinds of events brings the best of him as well. Hehe!

They also introduced the new Pampers Baby Dry Pants. They demonstrated live in front of our very own eyes how it works, and how easy it is to put on our little ones. I know how difficult it would be to put on diapers to our toddlers especially when they're so kulit already. I could definitely use the hashtag #thestrugglesireal on that one! Anyway, I just want to share that time my little girl did her business and she took off her diapers and her "business" were all over the place. It was so easy for her to take it off because we were using taped diapers at the time. There were so many times she would remove her diapers just because she wanted to. So I really think Pampers Dry Pants would be great to toddlers as it would not be too easy for them to take it off just like that!

Well, it might not be too easy for our little ones to take it off, but for us, it would be easy to do that and to put it on. How?
·         STEP ONE: STRETCH, it features and all-round stretchy waistband and flexible leg cuffs to make sure fit ang diaper kay baby that lets her play and move around.
·         STEP TWO: EASY TO PUT ON, just put one leg at a time and pull-up. Super easy palit unlike taped diapers where you have to ensure baby is lying down para magpantay ang tapes.
·         And STEP THREE EASY TO TEAR OFF, just tear off at the sides and dispose.
As demonstrated at the event, we were also shown on how absorbent Pampers Dry Pants is. Same amount of liquid were poured on Pampers Dry Pants and other diaper, but on Pampers Dry Pants, it still feels dry. And unlike other diapers we've tried that the liquid only stays on a certain area, with Pampers Dry Pants the liquid scatters all over the diaper - this has been my problem with our previous diapers. When I try to feel if my little girl has full diapers already, at the back part would still feel dry but when I feel in front it feels full already. So the liquid part would be on your little one's private part only, and not on the whole diaper itself. It might cause more serious problems especially if you have a little girl like myself. And it just doesn't look good, especially when your little one is walking/running around.

Same amount of liquid has been poured on Pampers Baby Dry Pants and other diaper
As you can see, Pampers Baby Dry Pants is very absorbent
The liquid on Pampers Baby Dry Pants scatters, unlike on the other diaper, it stays on one area and is very wet as you can see
Sorry for the blurry photo but as you can see when squeezed, the other diaper was leaking already. Again, both diapers have the same amount of liquid
The damage lol!
We've been using Pampers Baby Dry Pants for almost a week now, and so far so good. It's so easy to put on especially when my little one's playing, I would not stop her from playing, yes even when she's standing. Also, her peepee doesn't  stay on a certain area, and the cotton inside doesn't  break -this is so hard to explain, naghihiwalay yung cotton inside her diaper -that happens on her previous diapers. Another thing is it doesn't leak! I've experienced leakage on one of her previous diapers and that wasn't so nice.
of course I had to do it here at home! Lol! In fairness, no leakage talaga!

If you have a kulit toddler like mine, I think it's best for you to move up to Pampers Baby Dry Pants! Less hassle and we're sure that the little one wouldn't be able to remove it and it stays dry!

I have a friend who messaged me regarding Pampers Baby Dry Pants right after I posted it on instagram. Well, my friend's also using Pampers to her little girl, and same as me, she loves Pampers! ;)

  1. I also used dry pants when my son started to crawl na, hirap kasi ihiga to change nappies. Good thing Pampers have it na, parang wala pa yata 8 years ago.

  6. It's good that they have this variant already. It's so hard to change diapers when they're so active already. I'll try this for my next baby. :)

  7. The kids look like having fun! I've used a different brand when my kids were small. Good that they have dry pants now. It's hard to put a diaper in an active baby. I know. Lol.

  8. I like that diaper pants fit well and look nice on kids. We used other brand of pants but we switched back to the regular diaper since my toddler is uncomfortable with it. He got rashes kasi mainit especially on Summer. I haven't tried Pampers, something to look forward though. I hope hndi cia mainit.

    1. Yes they do look nice diba? Hehe! I think because of the diaper he used kaya nagka-rashes. So far hindi naman nagkaka-rashes si Maco :)

  9. I've tried Pampers Dry Pants and I love how it made changing easier. My son likes it too since he doesnt need to lie down to get changed. Unfortunately, the availability here in the province is so little that we often can't find one. I can only get one once pupunta sa city but have to buy in bulk para di na mahirapan maghanap at home.

  12. Wow! I think my 2-year old niece is using a different diaper brand, I'll show her your post, she might switch! Pampers talaga is very good, my children used it when they were a baby! :)

  13. Pull up diapers are so convenient for us talaga lalo na ayaw na humiga ng daughter ko to wear her diaper. We use the other brand, though but I'll give Pampers a try :)

  14. My kids were Pampers babies! I didn't have any prob with this nappy coz no leaks at all especially at night. My kids slept soundly thus happy mommy!

  15. I swear, I cannot function without pull-up pants! Once I ran out of supply and my only option was the neighbourhood store - they only had the regular tape kind - and it was a struggle putting them on my independent preschooler (only for sleep). I'm currently using another brand but might try Pampers, too!

  16. Looks like you guys had fun at the event! We don't use diapers at home coz the kids are big na but we did use pampers in the past! Love pull-up pants kse iwas disgrasya LOL

  17. I am always for pants rather than diapers. I might give Pampers Dry Pants a try. :) This was such a great way to launch the product. :)

  18. How I wish I still have a baby so I can participate in this kind of event! But maybe, next time I'll bring my niece :) I'll also introduce Pampers to my sister for her baby :)

  19. I love pants up and I love Pampers. We used Huggies when our kids were babies though, because Pampers didn't have them yet. We used Pampers for our eldest.

  20. Weve tried Pampers Dry pants as well and I love that it could hold more wee wee than our old brand. The only struggle is how to wear it as my baby tends to be so magulo. Perhaps we tried it too early. Our baby cant stand on his own that time.

  21. I also bring hubby and our son on some of my events especially when it is about parenting lalo na kung weekends. Para pasyal na din after the events hehehe. Our son is also super kulit na and we also switched to dry pants kasi ang hirap na niya bihisan after maligo, nagpapahabol hahaha.

  22. I miss having a toddler in the house. My daughter grew up using Pampers also (from newborn to L). One of the best brands of diapers in the market. Thumbs up!

  23. I heard a lot of improvement about Pampers diapers and this is a good thing especially for mums who prefer this brand. Back in the days, I was not able to use up a box of these diaper brand because it irritated my newborn's skin. Good thing they've found ways to make their products better. Kudos!

  24. Finally with the arrival of the glorious 90's, Pampers took a turn about by rejecting the idea of bulky diapers and came up with the Ultra Dry Thins diapers.Kūdikių Lovytės
